How we work

We understand that time is important to you and like us you try to avoid wasting it when possible. We appreciate this and that is why instead of a visit to your offices by one of our advisers we are happy to discuss our services over the telephone and via our online resources. This means that we can arrange to chat with you anytime, including evenings and weekends. We can accommodate all time zones. During the initial chat our aim is to simply introduce you to our services, and then after receiving some information from you and your current situation, we will see if we can provide you with some initial ideas. These ideas are provided in writing and form no commitment on your part to become a client. All of our advice and information is provided free of charge. It will be up to you to get back to us at a later stage.

 

1 Initial Fact-find Meeting

The first stage is that we have a chat over the telephone in regard your current situation. Your adviser will want to complete what we call a "Fact-find review". This will help ascertain your current financial position. We will also want to discuss your objectives, What are your short, medium and long term goals?

These are important as your adviser will structure their advice around your personal circumstances and objectives

2 Creating your financial plan
Your adviser will prepare a financial plan, which is a full written report outlying our recommendations and will include some ideas on the best way forward. This report will contain all the information you need to make an informed decision.

Your Parmafey adviser will provide you with as much follow up information and further reports you may require, without any obligation on your part to become a client.

3 Going ahead? We will help get you started
Once you have decided on the way forward, we remain with you every step of the way. We will help you with the initial practical requirements such as form filling.

Please remember we never handle client funds, you will send your money directly to the financial institution. Opening new investment accounts can take anywhere from one to three weeks

4 Ongoing Client support
We aim to develop a strong long term relationship and provide full assistance and ongoing support.

You will be able to access your investment valuations online. Store other valuable documents, within your online vault. You can also update your personal factfind online to ensure we are aware of any changes in your circumstances.
